When Faith Feels Weak – But You’re Still Standing

I’ll be honest, this past month or so has been really heavy.
Perhaps you’ve felt it too.

It’s been a season of waiting, wondering, silence, and asking God a question I never thought I’d have to ask again—
“Lord, am I on the right path?”

And while I create these meditations and this newsletter first and foremost to encourage you and everyone else who listens and reads, the truth is, I need them too.

I often record and write with tears still fresh in my eyes, speaking and typing words of faith, not because I feel super strong in the moment, but because I need to be reminded that God is still in control.

Maybe that’s where you are this week, month, or year.
Maybe your faith feels small. Maybe life has pressed in a little too hard.

If so, I want to remind you, just like I have to remind myself: You’re not broken. You’re human. And you’re held by the One who holds all things together.

Anchor of the Week

“I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief.” Mark 9:24

This verse has been echoing in my heart all week. It doesn’t ask for perfect faith, it asks for real faith. Honest faith. Weak faith, even. Because faith isn’t something we build all by ourselves, it’s something we bring to God and let Him strengthen.

If you’re feeling a little wobbly in your faith right now, I encourage you to sit with our new meditation. It’s not just words; it’s a space to breathe again and remember that God's love is still steady and ever-present even when your faith feels small. 👇

“When Your Faith Feels Weak – A Christian Meditation”
This one wasn’t made from a mountaintop. It was recorded from the valley, where I remembered that even in my questions, even in my waiting, God is still at work.

Exercises to Lift Your Faith This Week

Here are a few soul-centered ways to stir your faith when it feels faint, which are paired with scriptures to guide you back into God’s strength:

1. Speak a Scripture Out Loud Each Morning
Start your day by declaring a promise of God before your feet even hit the floor.
Verse: “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” – Psalm 28:7

2. Write a Letter to God
Let it be unfiltered (Don’t hold back). Pour out your questions, your fears, and your hopes. Verse: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7

3. Meditate on a“Faith Anchor” Verse
Pick one scripture to sit with in silence. Read it slowly. Breathe it in.
Here’s a great Verse: “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” – Hebrews 11:1

4. Declare Gratitude Out Loud
Speak what God has already done, even if it’s small. It renews trust.
Verse: “I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.” – Psalm 77:11

5. Pray Differently—With No Agenda
Don’t ask, just be. Rest in His presence with no words needed.
Verse: “Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

🙏 A Prayer for the Weary Believer

God,
I believe in You,
But some days, I feel like I’m clinging by a thread.

My hope feels tired.
My spirit feels stretched.
And I don’t have the answers.

But I’m still here.
Still showing up.
Still whispering Your name, even when I don’t feel You.

Would You meet me here?
Not at the end of this struggle, but in it.
Not when I have clarity, but now, in this fog.

Increase my faith, Lord.
Make me stronger in You.

In the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

A Final Word from My Heart ❤️

If your faith feels small this week, I want you to know mine has too.

And that doesn’t make us less spiritual.
It makes us real. It makes us reachable.
And it’s exactly the place where God does His deepest refining.

You’re not disqualified.
You’re not forgotten.
You’re not stuck.

You’re growing, even here and now, and so am I.

With you in every step,
Amber @
